1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing: All regular orders are processed after 100% advance payment is received and dispatched within 7 to 8 business days. For custom or pre-order articles, please allow additional time as conveyed by our team.
Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, deliveries within Pakistan typically take 3 to 5 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and parcel weight. Any customs duties or local taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking: As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please immediately email us at morofficialgroup@gmail.com or WhatsApp our team at +92-304-944-5646 with your order number. Upon cancellation, your refund will be generated.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be canceled. If the order is rejected at the doorstep upon delivery, it will be treated as a return under our standard Return & Refund policy guidelines.
