Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility:

We provide 100% returns to our customers if the items they received are incorrect or damaged items. Articles are eligible for return only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, wrong color, or is incorrect. 

Return Process:

If the above criteria is met and you still need to return an item, please follow our return policy:

  • We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep

Refund Process:

We initiate refund in case of bank transfers immediately after we receive a request for return. It may take 3-5 business days for it to reach to you.
