In case the product you received is in a defective, damaged condition or in the wrong size or color, we can easily exchange it for you.

If the above criteria is met and you still need to exchange an item, please follow our exchange policy:

  • Proof of purchase and proof of exchange may be requested at the time of initiating your request
  • We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your doorstep
  • You will receive the exchanged product in 3 business days
